    Celebrating Jacksonville's surf legacy Jacksonville has a rich surf history, being a hub for true surf culture—not corporate brands. Here, world-class surfers like Justin Quintal, one of the top longboarders today and Karina Petroni, a supermodel and pro surfer, thrive.
