Tonya has been a native of NE Florida for 14+ years now having relocated from Nova Scotia, Canada in 2011. She has always been a fan of warmer weather and the sunshine. Having moved several times internationally, Tonya is very adaptive to change and understands the requirements of moving across town or around the globe. Helping buyers and sellers is her passwion. Turning clients into friends is the why behind her real estate business.

Having been part of a top producing team for over 10 years, Tonya credated her own team the Tonya O'Quinn Group in 2023 and is proud of the small, but mighty team. She has over 12 years as a top producing agent specializing in luxury, oceanfront, and investment properties as well as any other need her clients require. Building strong relationships and problem solving for her clients are Tonya's core strengths along with transparency and an ethical foundation.

Tonya’s has lived in three different countries…Canada, Australia and now the United States. She has worked in serval industries including recruitment, economic development, public relations and communications and sales and business development. This varied work history and experience translated into becoming a strong realtor adept at dealing with complex issues and difficult situations.

Continuous education is important to Tonya and to growing her business. She has not only earned her Broker's License but also earned various distinctions including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). She continues to stay on top of the ever-changing markets and advancements in the real estate industry. Calling Jacksonville Beach home, Tonya loves early morning walks on the beach or watching sunsets from the pier. The is home to her now and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Christina is a Florida native raised in the Panhandle and has lived in Northeast Florida for over 22 years and is deeply rooted in the community. With over 10 years of experience in architecture and 6 years as a licensed Realtor, Christina offers a unique and valuable perspective in the real estate world. Her combined background allows her to see beyond square footage helping clients not only find a house, but envision the full potential of a home. She's a trusted advisor, creative partner, and local expert dedicated to delivering a real estate experience that's as reqarding as it is personal.

Her years working one-on-one with architecture clients have translated seamlessly into real estate. In both roles, Christina focuses on understanding her clients' needs, helping them explore possibilities, and guiding them toward the best solution for their lifestyle and long term goals. She knows that a home is not just a financial deicision, it's deeply personal and she works diligently to align each client's vision with smart, strategic choices that make sense for their future.

Outside of work, Christina is a proud mom to two children, Tessa and Cade. She enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, painting and spending time on the water, fully embracing the active, outdoorsy lifestyle that draws so many to the Sunshine State.
Jennifer Planson
REAL ESTATE COORDINATOR
Jennifer joined the team over two years ago and has been an integral part of its growth and success. She and her husband, Craig, moved to Jacksonville in August 2021, where they worked with Tonya to purchase their home. The two quickly became friends, and when Tonya launched her own team, Jennifer was a key part of building it from the ground up.

Originally from Chicago, Jennifer studied at Illinois State University before building a career in sales and administration. When her children started school, she devoted her time as an active parent volunteer in their school district, a role that strengthened her passion for conncetion and community.
​
Today, Jennifer leads our Customer Care experience while also managing social media and administration for the team. She brings both warmth and professionalism to every client interaction.
​
Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid tennis player at Jax Golf and Country Club and enjoys pilates, traveling and time spent at her family's home in Costa Rica. She especially loves vacationing with her husband and their adult children, making lasting memories together.
