TONYA O'QUINN
Tonya has been a native of NE Florida for more than 10 years. Relocating from the east coast of Canada in 2011, she and her family were drawn to the sunshine and warm weather. Her love of real estate combined with the successful business she has created made the transition very easy.
Having been part of a top producing team for many years, Tonya has branched out, creating her own team and unique approach to selling real estate. She has over 10 years as a top producing agent specializing in luxury, oceanfront, and investment properties as well as any other need her clients require. Building strong relationships and problem solving for her clients are Tonya's core strengths along with transparency and an ethical foundation.
Tonya has lived in 3 different countries, Canada, Australia, and the United States. She has worked in several industries including recruitment, economic development, public relations, communications, sales, and business development. This varied work history and experience translated into becoming a strong realtor adept at dealing with complex issues and difficult situations.

Continuing education is important to Tonya and to growing her business. She has not only earned her Broker's License but also earned various distinctions including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative®), AHWD (At Home With Diversity®), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®). She continues to stay on top of the ever-changing markets and advancements in the real estate industry.
When Tonya is not selling real estate, she loves to spend time at the beach, on the water, or finding peace on her yoga mat. At home in Jacksonville, she lives with her puppy Rocco, and her rescue cat Beau. Maddison, Tonya's daughter, is currently completing a Master's program at a prestigious university in the Northeast.
